Craft Cocktails at Hypothesis

Last Friday evening (okay, let's be honest...more like late afternoon), the newly remolded Hypothesis grand kitchen was transformed into a premium cocktail lounge. Christina, Austin, and Jenny have a shared interest in craft cocktails and they didn't disappoint. I mean, Austin actually had some kind of blow torch for his signature Old Fashioned. The cocktails paired perfectly with the selected cheeses and the music was spot on. So fun!
